This is it folks, tonight is the 3rd and final Presidential Debate hosted by UNLV. What can we expect? Who knows, just grab the popcorn and we’ll all find out tonight.
In the meanwhile…
There is no shortage of activity when it comes to responses to Trump’s word and actions. Getting coverage right now is a wall of Taco Trucks at Trump Hotel in Las Vegas.
From the Las Vegas Sun:
Marco Gutierrez, founder of Latinos for Trump: “My culture is a very dominant culture, and it’s imposing and it’s causing problems. If you don’t do something about it, you’re going to have taco trucks on every corner.”
Culinary Workers Union Local 226, one of the most powerful groups in the state, helped organize the pre-debate event, which drew occasional honks from passing motorists and cheers from the crowd.
Native Americans and Mexicans were the original citizens of this country, the rest of us outside of this category came from an immigrant background. It’s all food for thought, and I’ll have a taco while we’re at it.
